Liaison between the team, engineering, and project management **Job Description** We are looking for a **Construction Site Supervisor** to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with the project schedule, quality standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications. The professional will serve as the liaison between the operational team, engineering, and project management. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate construction teams (masons, laborers, and other professionals); * Assign tasks and guide the team on proper execution methods; * Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and targets; * Ensure service quality complies with designs, technical standards, and specifications; * Manage the use of materials, tools, and equipment to prevent waste; * Support reading and interpretation of drawings and work orders; * Maintain site organization and cleanliness; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Report project progress, needs, and any issues to engineering or management. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma is a plus); * Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar role in civil construction; * Practical knowledge of masonry, finishing, concrete pouring, and infrastructure works; * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; * Commitment, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations. **Employment Type** CLT – Full-time Job Type: Permanent CLT **Benefits** * Transportation allowance (VT); * Meal allowance (VR).
