Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising and guiding employees, assigning and executing tasks, controlling materials, and promoting teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Safety support and promotion of teamwork Supervise and guide employees regarding attendance, proper use of uniforms, ID badges, and mandatory PPE; assign and monitor task execution, respond to service requests, and perform operational activities as needed; control tools and material inventory, arrange repairs, replacements, and purchases upon request from supervisors; monitor incidents and workplace accidents, manage documentation required by the client, and support investigations and CAT (Work Accident Communication) filing; promote teamwork by guiding staff and managing uniforms and equipment.
