Job Summary: The professional will supervise and guide employees, manage services, control materials, support accident investigations, and promote teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Support in accident investigations and promotion of teamwork Supervise and guide employees regarding attendance, proper use of uniforms, ID badges, and mandatory PPE; distribute and monitor service execution, respond to service requests, and perform operational tasks as needed; control tools and material inventory, arrange repairs, replacements, and purchases upon supervisor's request; monitor incidents and workplace accidents, handle documentation required by the client, and support accident investigations and CAT (Work Accident Communication) filing; promote teamwork, guide staff, and manage uniforms and equipment.
