ProjetoAlumínio® \| São José do Rio Preto \- SP \| On-site Job Description We are seeking a **COMMERCIAL INTELLIGENCE ANALYST** to join our Industrial team located in São José do Rio Preto/SP. The professional will directly support and contribute to the development of the company's Commercial Intelligence department. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting departmental management, helping build processes, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct strategic analyses, and structure commercial intelligence routines. The position is responsible for transforming data into strategic insights to support commercial decision-making, identify opportunities, and continuously improve departmental performance. We seek an analytical professional with strategic vision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in developing and consolidating this department. Responsibilities and Duties * Design and develop commercial KPIs; * Create managerial dashboards and reports in Power BI; * Extract, process, and analyze data using SQL; * Automate controls, reports, and analyses in Excel; * Conduct strategic sales, customer, market, and commercial performance analyses; * Support commercial management in making strategic decisions; * Participate in building and organizing the Commercial Intelligence department; * Monitor targets, revenue, margins, and commercial performance; * Identify opportunities, trends, and bottlenecks through data analysis; * Integrate information from different systems and databases; * Generate insights to enhance commercial productivity and profitability; * Collaborate with the IT department to develop, integrate, and automate dashboards and databases; * Ensure reliability, timeliness, and organization of strategic commercial information. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree: Business Administration / Engineering / Information Systems / Data Science / Commercial Management / Economics or related fields. * Excel; * SQL; * Power BI. * Dashboard development; * Managerial reporting; * Data processing and analysis; * Commercial performance indicators. Desirable Requirements * Experience in Commercial Intelligence; * Knowledge of process automation; * Experience with CRM and ERP systems; * Knowledge of data modeling; * Knowledge of Python; * Experience in industrial or metallurgical companies.
