Description * Administrative Support: Assist in managing processes and administrative tools, maintaining updated records in CRM systems and sales reports; * Order and Inventory Tracking: Assist in tracking sales orders, monitoring delivery deadlines and inventory levels, and ensuring accurate data entry into systems; * Meeting Participation: Participate in alignment meetings with the sales team and other company departments to ensure efficient execution of sales activities; * Report Creation and Updates: Support the preparation of reports and data collection for sales team performance analysis; * Assistance with Proposals and Documentation: Assist in formatting and organizing commercial proposals, contracts, and required documentation, including support for participation in government tenders; * Customer Service: Provide basic customer support by responding to emails and requests related to order status and sales processes; * Internal Team Support: Act as a liaison between internal departments and the sales team to ensure smooth information flow and operational progress; * Understand environmental aspects and impacts related to your activities, and apply the company's established sustainable practices, suggesting improvements to SGI performance when possible; * Identify and implement sustainability actions within your area’s activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Commercial Management, or related fields. CRM Tools: Basic knowledge of CRM tools for information registration and sales control. Office Suite: Intermediate proficiency in Excel, with focus on spreadsheets and simple reports. Products and Solutions: Basic understanding of Printers, PCs, and automation solutions for both private and government sectors. Government Laws: Familiarity with laws applicable to government sales (e.g., Law 8\.666/1993\), considered a plus. Foreign Languages: Basic English and/or Spanish are advantageous.
