




Job Summary: A professional responsible for coordinating teams, supervising service execution, ensuring quality and safety on site, and managing HR and maintenance aspects. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, quality, and adherence to schedule **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 07:00–17:00; Friday, 07:00–16:00. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Assign tasks for execution to employees and contractors; Guide and direct the execution of in-house and outsourced services; Perform and verify marking of work before proceeding with further execution; Conduct spot evaluations of work performed by contractors; Report field issues and requirements to the site engineer; Carry out services in accordance with the project planning and schedule; Record data under their responsibility, including inspections, evaluations, workforce control, and others; Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues), quality meetings, and other meetings; Monitor and document team participation in project meetings and training sessions; Ensure all team members are aware of the company’s quality policy, standards, and procedures; Individually assess each employee and contractor regarding knowledge gained from training sessions and meetings; Inform the site engineer about staffing needs, including hiring and termination requirements; Participate in recruitment processes for project personnel; Conduct technical interviews with candidates for project positions; Monitor the use of PPE by employees and contractors on site; Collaborate with the safety team on preventive and corrective actions to avoid accidents; Implement environmental condition prevention measures on site; Hold physical schedule review meetings with their teams. Request equipment rental companies to perform maintenance (preventive and corrective) on rented equipment used on site; **Requirements:** Incomplete Elementary Education Preferred: Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Technical Course in Building Construction.
