With over 46 years of market experience and presence in more than 900 municipalities, we are leaders in people management and offer a unique opportunity to develop your career. **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** The primary mission of this position is to verify process compliance and analyze continuous improvement actions, operating in accordance with Quality and Safety technical standards and procedures. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** Plan and annually control activities related to the Quality Management System; Schedule and participate in internal and external audits; Monitor and analyze actions to resolve nonconformities; Monitor and analyze continuous improvement actions; Monitor and analyze the handling of nonconforming products; Track and analyze customer complaints through the Customer Service Center (SAC) / Audit; Track and analyze Quality indicators and company-established indicators; Ensure that Quality Management System processes are established, implemented, and maintained; Analyze the need to revise or create new Quality documents and ensure they are duly approved by senior management; Control the review and distribution of Quality documents to standardize processes; Promote the Quality Policy through training sessions or published materials; Control training evaluations as well as supporting documentation; This position does not require supervision of other employees. Requirements: **EDUCATION:** Completed Bachelor's degree. **FIELD OF STUDY:** Business Management, Quality Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **KNOWLEDGE:** Specific training in Quality Management Systems (NBR ISO 9001) and Internal Quality Auditing (NBR ISO 9001), and computer literacy.
