Job Summary: This position supports after-sales activities, with a focus on managing furnished apartments, procurement, and supporting renovations and common area setups. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of furnished apartments 2. Support in supplier contracting and material procurement 3. Assistance in renovations and periodic maintenance **Assist in activities pertaining to the after-sales department.** ------------------------------------------------------------ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor company-related activities concerning furnished apartments. * Conduct needs assessments and carry out material procurement. * Support evaluation and contracting of suppliers for services and material supply. * Receive and inspect procured or leased materials and equipment. * Monitor and support renovations and periodic maintenance at the furnished apartment center. * Provide support for furnished apartment-related activities both at headquarters and construction sites. * Assist in setting up common areas of developments during delivery phases. * Issue purchase requests (RC) and track the issuance of purchase orders (OC) related to departmental activities. * Record invoices related to the department's activities. * Maintain an organized warehouse, ensuring inventory control and preservation of furnished apartment items. * Support, when necessary, auction-related activities for departmental items. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical training or ongoing/completed undergraduate studies in **Administration** or related fields **Additional Information** * CLT \+ Benefits * 100% in-person work mode Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects that transform cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team that grows alongside our history.
