Continuous development and improvement of administrative processes; analysis of bottlenecks in routine activity workflows; cost management and control; compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; procurement; logistics; action plans and their respective deadlines; operational control of administrative activities. **Experience:** leadership of administrative teams involved in operational continuity activities (industrial, commercial, and/or service-related); ability to analyze, interpret, and prepare documentation, reports, and technical\-managerial opinions. **Requirements and qualifications** Experience with SAP/R3, proficiency in MS Office and/or similar tools, and development of soft skills (written and oral interpersonal communication, team collaboration, conflict resolution, human factors, etc).
