




Job Summary: The 3D Modeler will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing detailed 3D models for engineering projects using Plant 3D, Revit, and Navisworks Manage. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration within multidisciplinary engineering project teams The 3D Modeler will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing detailed 3D models for engineering projects using the tools **Plant 3D**, **Revit**, and **Navisworks Manage**. This professional must be capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical accuracy of models, and optimizing model usage for reviews and project coordination. **Technical Requirements:** * **Advanced experience with Plant 3D**: + Modeling and detailing piping systems, structures, and industrial equipment. + Creating and managing component libraries, such as valves, flanges, pumps, and other engineering items. + Utilizing features to create precise and consistent 3D models aligned with engineering project specifications. + Experience performing basic calculations for pipe, component, and system sizing. * **Proficiency in Revit**: + Modeling mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and structures in Revit. + Creating and maintaining parametric families for components and devices. + Developing complete 3D building models, including architectural and infrastructure aspects. + Ability to integrate 3D models from different disciplines and work with construction information and data management. * **Experience with Navisworks Manage**: + Skill in coordinating 3D models from various disciplines to identify and resolve clashes. + Creating construction simulations and animations for analysis and presentations. + Conducting model reviews (clash detection), ensuring accuracy, and resolving conflicts among different disciplines. + Experience generating clash reports and developing effective solutions to mitigate issues. **Additional Requirements:** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields), Architecture, or related disciplines. * **Professional Experience**: Experience in 3D modeling for engineering or construction projects. * **Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team**: Ongoing interaction with engineers, architects, designers, and other professionals. * **Knowledge of engineering standards and codes**: Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices to ensure model integrity. * **Language**: Technical English proficiency (preferred). **Behavioral Skills:** * Analytical ability and attention to detail to ensure 3D models are accurate and error-free. * Strong communication skills and ability to explain and resolve technical issues. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills. * Organized and focused on meeting deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in large-scale engineering projects (e.g., industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, etc.). * Certification or advanced training in the mentioned tools (Plant 3D, Revit, Navisworks Manage). * Knowledge of other 3D modeling tools or BIM (Building Information Modeling)-related software. **Responsibilities:** * Create and manage detailed 3D models for engineering systems. * Modify models according to project revisions. * Collaborate with engineers and other teams to validate and adjust models, ensuring compatibility and accuracy. * Perform simulations and clash analyses using Navisworks Manage. * Participate in coordination meetings to discuss critical issues and identify project solutions. **Send your resume to the e\-mail: rh@tenax\-eng.com Subject: job title and location.**
