Leão, the **market leader in teas**, is seeking a **PCM Assistant**, who will be responsible for supporting the monitoring and scheduling of preventive and predictive maintenance for machines, equipment, and building facilities, as well as assisting in the monitoring and control of third-party maintenance contracts relevant to the maintenance area, aiming to maintain the availability and performance of all assets across the manufacturing site.
