Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive spare parts and materials for maintenance, verifying incoming invoices, checking quantities, descriptions, and the condition of materials and packaging; * Organize and control the movement of spare parts within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, clear identification, and integrity of items; * Record incoming and outgoing spare parts and materials in the system, maintaining up-to-date inventory control and ensuring inventory accuracy; * Supervise the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and accident prevention; * Assist in waste management at construction sites, contributing to waste reduction and maintaining an organized workplace; * Support the maintenance team in selecting and delivering required spare parts for repairs, according to work orders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in warehousing, preferably managing spare parts for machine maintenance or in industrial sectors; * Knowledge of recording material and spare parts movements is required; * Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, inventory control, and reports on spare parts movement; * Strong verbal and written communication skills for accurate data entry and clear interaction with coworkers and suppliers; * Ability to work effectively in a team, maintaining good communication and collaboration with colleagues, supervisors, and suppliers; * Proactive and responsible attitude, with a strong “owner’s mindset” toward the warehouse and materials under one’s responsibility. **Additional Information** * Health Plan: Unimed Nacional (with co-payment); * Meal Allowance – BRL 200.00; * Mobility Allowance – BRL 300.00 (fixed); * Dental Plan – Bradesco; * Maternity Kit: Essential baby items provided to pregnant employees; * Maternity Support: Financial assistance for new mothers; * Life Insurance: Coverage for unforeseen events; * Total Pass.
