Description
The vehicle inspector is responsible for conducting technical and safety inspections on automobiles, ensuring compliance with regulations (such as pollutant emissions and roadworthiness standards) and local regulations. Activities include inspecting the chassis, engine, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems, as well as issuing technical reports.
**Key Activities and Responsibilities:**
* **Technical Inspection:** Conduct detailed inspections of light or heavy vehicles, checking safety-related items.
* **Identification Inspection:** Verify chassis, engine, labels, license plates, and attachments.
* **Report Issuance:** Record information in internal systems, reporting compliance status or defects.
* **Environmental Compliance:** Assess pollutant gas emissions and noise levels.
* **Vehicle Movement:** Move vehicles within the company's yard.
**Education:** Technical training in Mechanics, Automotive Engineering, or Electromechanics
* **Driver's License:** Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) type A/B.
* **Knowledge:** Basic understanding of electrical systems, preventive and corrective mechanics, and diagnostic systems.
