We are seeking a **Steam Generation Operator** to operate boilers in our industrial area, directly contributing to the safe, continuous, and efficient operation of thermal energy generation for the industrial park.
This role’s objective is to **control, monitor, and support boiler operation**, ensuring normal and safe operational performance at all times, in full compliance with technical safety, occupational health, quality, and environmental preservation standards and procedures.
The hired individual will follow an industrial operational routine, performing activities related to equipment maintenance, operational inspections, support for basic maintenance tasks, biomass combustion monitoring, and execution of verification routes.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a **Steam Generation Operator**, you will monitor, control, and support activities related to boiler operation, contributing to safety, equipment preservation, and continuity of industrial operations.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Control and monitor boiler operation to ensure thermal energy generation for the industrial park.
* Work safely, correctly using PPEs/collective protective equipment and adhering to safety, occupational health, quality, and environmental standards and procedures.
* Identify and report potential non-conformities in activities, equipment, or processes.
* Assist in boiler cleaning and maintenance tasks, contributing to proper equipment preservation.
* Lubricate and support replacement of defective or damaged parts when necessary.
* Assist in water treatment when requested.
* Inspect water pumps, fan bearings, bushings, exhaust fans, valves, turbines, and other boiler components.
* Execute verification routes for critical equipment using operational checklists.
* Monitor biomass combustion in the boiler furnace, contributing to optimal operational performance.
* Maintain order, cleanliness, and preservation of the work area and materials.
* Support and perform general maintenance services for the industrial park during the off-season period, as directed by leadership.
* Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department and immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Mandatory Requirements**

* Completed high school education.
* Availability to work in an industrial operational routine.
* Commitment to safety, occupational health, quality, and environmental standards and procedures.
* Attention to detail, responsibility, and organization.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Discipline in following operational procedures and using PPEs/collective protective equipment.
**Desirable Requirements**

* Completed or ongoing Technical Course in **Chemistry, Sugar and Alcohol, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Occupational Safety**, or related fields.
* Active CRQ (Regional Chemistry Council) registration.
* Experience operating boilers.
* Experience in steam generation or industrial utilities.
* Basic knowledge of water treatment.
* Experience inspecting industrial equipment such as pumps, valves, bushings, exhaust fans, turbines, and fans.
* Familiarity with operational checklists and inspection routes.
* Experience in basic industrial maintenance activities.
* Knowledge of harvest and off-season routines.
* Interest in technical development within the industrial sector.
