




Description: We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to execute marketing strategies focused on increasing brand visibility, strengthening customer relationships, driving foot traffic to stores, and directly supporting Hohl John Deere’s after-sales initiatives. The professional will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of campaigns, events, and communication materials, ensuring alignment with the dealership’s guidelines. Responsibilities and duties * Collaborate in the conception, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns promoting products, seasonal initiatives, and special events, with emphasis on after-sales; * Maintain contact with suppliers, agencies, sales teams, and commercial staff; * Manage the production of marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, WhatsApp cards, banners, and point-of-sale materials); * Monitor the execution of media and marketing activities; * Actively participate in John Deere meetings related to After-Sales; * Approve content, provide guidance on adjustments, and monitor campaign material development; * Analyze marketing campaign performance and propose optimizations to maximize ROI and other KPIs; * Evaluate, propose, and implement corrective actions when necessary, ensuring delivery quality and effectiveness; * Develop integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels, ensuring a consistent customer experience; * Collaborate closely with sales, design, merchandising, and other departments to maintain brand message consistency; * Plan, organize, and execute promotional activities and corporate events; * Manage reports, KPI tracking, and departmental budget; * Availability for travel, especially within the state of Goiás. Requirements and qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields; * Experience in Marketing, preferably in agribusiness or with focus on after-sales; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Proven experience in retail and agribusiness marketing; * Knowledge of CRM systems; * Analytical ability and mastery of marketing metrics; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Familiarity with data analytics tools, graphic design software, and digital marketing platforms; * Ability to follow and execute strategies defined by the dealership; * Driver’s license (Category B) and availability for travel. 2512290202491888467
