Serve the LATAM market and deliver results, in order to guarantee the necessary support to the commercial team adjusted to Syensqo's purpose, values, quality standards, safety and sustainability. **We count on you for:** * Manage application and innovation projects in the LATAM region through prospecting, planning, monitoring and controlling processes and resources to maximize the effectiveness of the portfolio's products * Carry out state-of-the-art research through bibliographic research, patents and scientific literature, in addition to writing abstracts and papers for journals and conferences * Conduct field and laboratory studies of new technologies/products through trials, among other actions, as well as act as a facilitator together with Syensqo's internal departments to develop and deliver solutions aimed at adding value to the business * Monitor market trends by participating in forums, congresses, trade fairs and other events, as well as propose, advocate for and implement innovative solutions aligned with Syensqo's objectives * Contribute to budget preparation for the department by gathering assumptions and information, identifying short-, medium- and long-term investment and expense needs * Collaborate regionally and globally with other Syensqo departments on matters related to technology platforms developed for the Agro market * Identify, collect requirements and implement technical training programs based on the department’s technical expertise * Interest in providing technical support to the commercial team **You will bring:** Education and Technical Skills * Bachelor's degree in: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields * 5 years of experience managing projects for product development * Knowledge of surfactants, colloids, polymers and their physicochemical principles * Extensive knowledge in developing agrochemical, biological formulations and new technologies for Agro * Advanced English proficiency or higher Desirable: * Postgraduate Master's and/or Doctorate * MBA in Business, Innovation or Agribusiness * Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
