




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work on the development and improvement of food products, from raw material creation through production line validation and sensory analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Development of raw materials and new products 2. Preparation and updating of Technical Data Sheets 3. Bench-scale, pilot-scale, and production yield testing of products We seek individuals with passion in their eyes, who enjoy challenges and aspire to grow. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop raw materials in collaboration with suppliers * Prepare, review, and update Preparation Technical Data Sheets * Update Cost Technical Data Sheets * Participate in new product development * Conduct bench-scale and pilot-scale testing * Perform product yield testing on the production line * Develop and test packaging * Identify and resolve production deviations * Collect data and record formulation test results * Participate in sensory analyses, contributing suggestions to improve flavor, texture, and appearance **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Food Engineering, Agribusiness, or related fields (mandatory); * Knowledge of Sensory Analysis; * Experience in food manufacturing facilities; * Experience in product (food, packaging) development and testing. * Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, test spreadsheets, presentations, etc.). **Additional Information** * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Willingness to travel; The company offers: **Salary** \+ **Benefits**: Amil Health Plan (co-payment); Dental Plan; Meal Allowance; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance (with R$1.00 monthly deduction); Pharmacy Benefit; Gympass; Profit Sharing (PLR) \+ **Career Development Plan.** A dream that began in 1992 with two friends and the purpose of democratizing fine cuisine.
