QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST

Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized professional to work in Quality Control, supporting the FSMS and certification maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for continuous development in the Quality field We are looking for a committed, organized, and detail-oriented professional to work in Quality Control, supporting activities related to the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and maintaining company certifications. **Main Responsibilities:** **Environment** * Monitor water levels in effluent tanks * Request and monitor effluent sampling * Monitor disposal of recyclables * Record information and maintain regulatory documents up to date **Equipment Calibration** * Monitor calibration of scales and equipment * Send equipment for external calibration * Perform critical analysis of calibration certificates * Record results in FSMS documents **Imported Products** * Enter analytical results into the TOTVS system * Assist in product release and issuance of analytical certificates **Customer Support** * Respond to technical questionnaires * Request documents from Synthite India when necessary * Submit documents for product approvals **FSMS-Related Activities** * Maintain documents and records up to date * Support implementation and maintenance of the IQF module in TOTVS * Develop and review technical specifications and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) * Develop and review FSMS documents (Instructions and Records) * Initiate, monitor, and close Corrective Action Requests (CARs) * Monitor pest control services * Organize documents and support Quality administrative activities * Complete departmental spreadsheets and indicators * Participate in activities related to maintaining FSSC 22000 certification * Conduct Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Halal training sessions * Participate in internal and external Halal and FSSC 22000 audits **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred, preferably in food manufacturing or Quality departments * Strong written and reading skills **Desirable:** * Basic English language course * Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, internet, and TOTVS) * Experience with Quality Management System processes * Knowledge of Halal and FSSC 22000 certifications We seek proactive, organized professionals with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous development in the Quality field.
