Responsibilities and Duties * Operate and monitor grain processing machines (cleaning, impurity separation) * Coordinate dryer and furnace operations. * Record production quantities and identify potential failures. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on operational machinery, reporting any abnormalities to supervision. * Comply with occupational safety standards, using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with the team to optimize processes, proposing improvements whenever necessary. * Participate in company-provided training and development activities. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education. * Experience in an industrial or production environment is a plus. * Knowledge of production processes and operational machinery. * Ability to work in a team. * Good organization and attention to detail. * Availability for shift work and overtime, if required. * Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations. * Ability to perform repetitive tasks at an accelerated pace. Desired Qualifications * Technical education in production- or industry-related fields is desirable. * Prior experience in production operations. * Knowledge of production processes and industrial machinery. * Ability to work in a team and follow safety regulations. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Availability for rotating shifts. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Familiarity with production tools and equipment.
