The Product Owner will be responsible for translating business strategy into product vision, leading discovery processes with customers and stakeholders, prioritizing the backlog based on value and data, and ensuring every delivery delivers tangible impact for Brazilian agribusiness. If this describes you and you’re eager to join our team, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Product Vision and Strategy** * Define and communicate the product vision aligned with business objectives (OKRs) * Translate corporate strategy into a product roadmap spanning short-, medium-, and long-term horizons * Identify market opportunities and competitive gaps **Discovery and Validation** * Lead Product Discovery processes with users and stakeholders * Define and monitor product success metrics (outcome-based KPIs, not output-based) * Validate business hypotheses prior to entering the development cycle **Intentional Backlog Management** * Prioritize the backlog based on business value, technical effort, and usage data * Make well-founded trade-off decisions, saying “no” when necessary * Ensure every backlog item answers the question: *What business problem does this solve?* **Stakeholder Management** * Align expectations among business units, technology teams, and strategic customers * Influence without formal authority * Present product outcomes to executive leadership **Data-Driven Orientation** * Use quantitative and qualitative data to support decisions * Monitor adoption, retention, and financial impact metrics of the product **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of business processes; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Strong expertise in product design and product backlog management; * People management skills; * Time management skills; * Proficiency with management tools; **Additional Information** **What does Aliare offer?!** An integrated, prepared team ready for new challenges—operating with credibility and transparency, continuously evolving to facilitate the work of those who feed the world.
