We are looking for a professional to join our Product team as a Product Analyst. **So, are you in?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze, propose, and plan product improvements and implementations; * Investigate errors and inconsistencies reported by stakeholders, proposing corrections; * Monitor legislative changes and market trends impacting the product; * Map business processes and user journeys, prioritizing and refining requirements; * Develop prototypes, flowcharts, and other solution artifacts, aligning with stakeholders and handing them over to the technical team; * Define strategy, planning, and execution of tests for developed solutions; * Validate the quality of generated artifacts, reporting inconsistencies and supporting acceptance testing and deployment; * Track progress within sprints, clarify doubts, approve tasks, and ensure requirements are met. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (preferably in Technology, Business Administration, or Agribusiness); * Experience in test execution and acceptance testing; * **Desirable experience in Financial, Procurement, and Inventory Management processes.** **Additional Information** National Health Plan; National Dental Plan; Life Insurance; Flexible Benefit Card, Food/Meal Allowance; Transportation Voucher; Relocation Assistance / Remote Work Support; Corporate University; Educational Partnerships; Annual Performance-Based Bonus; Referral Bonus; Longevity Bonus; Gift for newborn children of \#Aliados; Special birthday gift; In our offices, you’ll find a fantastic environment, equipped kitchen, morning snack, and, of course, that hot coffee.
