Proactively engage in procurement strategy and market analysis. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services across operational and corporate areas by developing and evaluating suppliers, analyzing requisitions, preparing specifications, collecting quotations, assessing price composition and related tax aspects, negotiating, participating in contract drafting, system tracking, and verifying deliveries—within assigned authority and category. * Ensure internal customers and other stakeholders have timely access to procurement process information and its stages via the company's adopted system, interacting with all participants to address priority changes driven by business needs. * Support closure of the supply process by tracking delivery of materials, equipment, and services and coordinating internal customer evaluation, as well as formally handing over deliverables to the customer—including service implementation where applicable. * Contribute to continuous improvement of supply processes through participation in problem analysis and resolution, as well as seeking rationalization and innovation opportunities. * Proactively support procurement strategy by systematically monitoring market scenarios to inform decision-making. * Support report generation by collecting and processing data from computerized systems or alternative means. * Support periodic production of performance indicators for the area of responsibility. * Comply with instructions and regulations, especially those concerning audit ("compliance"), environment, energy conservation, and safety. * Perform other duties relevant to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or Engineering. * **Technical Knowledge:** Intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency; ERP/SAP experience. * **Behavioral Competencies:** Proactivity, organization, analytical ability. **Selection Process Stages** * Registration * Assessments * HR Interview * Requirements Validation * Technical Interview * Hiring **Welcome to the Infotec World!** We are Infotec Brasil, a nationally recognized leader in outsourcing services, processes (BPO), and talent.
