**What we are looking for:** A Payroll Analyst professional to join our Human Resources team! You will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll-related processes are executed accurately, within legal deadlines, and in compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day here:** * Execute and verify payroll processing, social charges, and ancillary obligations (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, RAIS, DIRF, eSocial, etc.); * Support accounting closing and personnel cost accruals; * Record and verify payroll variables (benefits, overtime, deductions, allowances, etc.); * Keep employee records updated in the HR system; * Prepare management reports and payroll indicators; * Ensure compliance with current labor and social security legislation. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields; * Experience in payroll processing; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g.: TOTVS, ADP, Senior, Protheus, etc.) \- SAP is a differentiator; * Strong Excel and eSocial skills. **Additional information** **What we offer:** Competitive market salary; Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Private pension plan; Meal allowance; Profit and results sharing; Life insurance; Transportation voucher.
