Focus on internal and external customers, including visits and relationship building **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Lead with a people-management focus, identifying and providing continuous development opportunities for the team; * Perform duties with a focus on internal and external customers; * Ensure compliance with all standardization procedures for receiving, processing, and storage at the facility; * Monitor and oversee grain classification processes for inbound and outbound shipments; * Recruit and develop teams for grain receiving, drying, storage, and equipment maintenance; * Monitor, guide, and train teams on agribusiness activities; * Monitor and implement measures to meet operational performance indicators related to drying, processing, maintenance, and dispatch; * Responsible for grain storage quality, decision-making, loading, and any other necessary controls; * Supervise mechanical maintenance, grain receiving, cleaning, and drying activities; * Manage the operational budget; * Inventory control and management of residues and grains; * Responsible for implementing loss- and cost-reduction measures; * Daily accountability for inventory audit processes and controls; * Attend to customers, farmers, producers, and third parties for internal and external requests; * Conduct customer visits to ensure strong company-customer relationships; * Provide strategic information to senior management for decision-making purposes. * Support Human Resources processes (timekeeping, payroll, vacation, banked hours); * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness for task execution; * Operate company vehicles as required, valid driver’s license category B. **General Responsibilities:** * Adhere to the company’s occupational health and safety and information security policies (use of PPE); * Comply with applicable legislation, regulations, procedures, and internal rules; * Propose process improvements; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; Use company-provided financial resources rationally. * **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Willingness to reside in the city where the position is located. * Experience in operational process management (receiving, storage, UBS, seed treatment). * Experience in people management. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental plan, Life insurance, Meal allowance
