***ACTIVITIES:*** * Execute occupational safety and hygiene activities using scientific methods and techniques, observing legal provisions aimed at eliminating, controlling, or reducing accident risks and improving environmental conditions to preserve employees' physical and mental integrity; * Inform the employer, through a technical opinion, about existing workplace hazards and advise them on measures for their elimination or neutralization; * Enforce the Regulatory Standards established by Law 3214, including those related to the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA), Technical Report on Environmental Conditions (LTCAT), Medical Control and Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), among others; * Support the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) by advising on legal aspects, monitoring, and assisting events organized by its members; * Coordinate educational programs related to safety and health to raise employee awareness (Internal Week for Accident Prevention at Work, preventive campaigns and lectures, training on regulations); * Recommend and request the purchase of personal protective equipment (PPE), control PPE distribution, and inspect the proper use and effectiveness of individual and collective protective equipment; * Form, train, and retrain Fire Brigade members; * Implement safety standards for construction, expansion, renovation, physical layout, and workflow projects—both internal and outsourced; * Promote and implement environmental conservation activities, such as awareness campaigns and proper disposal of company waste, among others; * Control uniform and PPE distribution, issuing requisitions and recording them in employees' records; * Manage medical certificates and issue cost reports to managers; * Other related activities. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Technical Certification in Occupational Safety * Driver's License Category B * Minimum one year of experience in SESMT (Specialized Services in Occupational Safety and Medicine) * Flexible working hours Salary: R$5\.500,00 \- R$5\.531,84 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
