We seek someone with a **technical, analytical, and human-centered perspective**, capable of promoting practices that strengthen a workplace that is increasingly **safe, healthy, and aligned with the highest safety standards**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Develop, implement, and monitor** Safety and Environment (SMA) programs, policies, and practices, ensuring their effectiveness and continuous improvement. * **Perform risk assessments, inspections, and audits** in operational areas, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with internal and legal requirements. * **Prepare, update, and review technical documents**, such as PPRA/PGR, LTCAT, safety reports, and expert opinions, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to current regulations. * **Support safety leaders and technicians** in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, promoting preventive and integrated action among teams. * **Conduct training sessions, campaigns, and educational activities**, including SIPAT, focusing on awareness, accident prevention, and strengthening safety culture. * **Monitor and participate in incident and accident investigations**, proposing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. * **Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs)** and all applicable legislation, acting as a technical reference and advising teams and managers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture. * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering. * Active registration with CREA. * Prior experience in the industrial sector, preferably in environments with complex operations. * Solid knowledge of occupational safety standards and legislation, especially Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Willingness to work 100% onsite at the Joinville unit. * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001\); **Additional Information** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Performance Bonus Program Meal Allowance Transportation Benefit Private Pension Plan Attendance Incentive Program Partnerships with Educational Institutions Childcare Assistance Extended Maternity Leave **Tupy** is a Brazilian multinational with over 80 years of history, present in more than 40 countries and recognized for its cutting-edge technology applied to the production of structural cast iron components for sectors such as transportation, infrastructure, agribusiness, and energy.
