This is how we connect Localiza&Co with the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define scalable, resilient, and well-structured architectures, considering trade-offs among performance, cost, complexity, and time-to-market; * Own end-to-end delivery: from conception through deployment, monitoring, and continuous system evolution; * Develop and enhance backend solutions in .NET, adhering to best practices, design patterns, and quality-focused development; * Maintain and modernize existing systems, including legacy code refactoring and resolution of critical incidents; * Translate technical decisions into clear business impacts, supporting stakeholders in decision-making; * Implement automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure software reliability; * Design observability from the outset, incorporating metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and business continuity strategies; * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (dailies, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives); * Proactively identify issues, simplify solutions, and reduce unnecessary complexity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid backend development experience with .NET and C#; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Sybase, and MongoDB; * Experience in data modeling and query optimization; * Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and Dapper; * Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ and/or Kafka) and event-driven architecture; * Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating services; * Experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes; * Experience with high-volume, high-criticality systems; * Knowledge of security practices, authentication, and authorization; * Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog); * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban); * Regular use of AI tools in daily development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar); * Solid experience with automated testing; * Ability to understand the customer’s perspective. **Differentiators** * Production experience with GraphQL; * Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity strategies; * Participation in or creation of product metrics. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS OF THIS POSITION** * Profit Sharing * Company Car * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Gympass * Private Pension * Remote Work Allowance * Allya * Unlimited access to various courses offered by our Localiza University * Internal training and development programs * Discounts on vehicle purchase and rental **Experience being Localiza&Co and help us build the future of mobility!** We are one of the **largest and most comprehensive mobility platforms in the world**, bringing together diverse innovative and efficient solutions.
