If you seek an environment that fosters continuous learning, teamwork, and the development of efficient processes that truly make a difference, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** You will be responsible for: * Performing repairs and maintenance on walls, floors, roofs, and other physical structures, ensuring facility integrity and functionality; * Assisting with and executing construction and renovation projects—such as building walls, foundations, and partitions—using appropriate masonry, plastering, painting, and finishing techniques; * Performing cladding services, applying ceramics and floor coverings, following technical specifications **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed High School. **Field Knowledge:** Knowledge of masonry, cladding, painting, and finishing; Proficiency with manual and electric tools; Experience in structural repairs and finishing; Teamwork skills and care for tools and equipment. **Availability:** On-site work at Fazenda São José \- Tapiratiba \- SP **Availability:** Work on Saturdays. **Additional Information** **Work Modality: 100% On-site** CLT employment contract. **What benefits do we offer?** Complimentary transportation; Life insurance; Scholarships for Undergraduate, Postgraduate, MBA, Master’s, Doctoral, and Foreign Language studies.
