Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (with specialization in Human Resources or educational fields), Commercial Management, Agribusiness, Production Management, Social Communication, Human Resource Management, Social Service, Logistics, and/or Technology-related fields is mandatory; * Solid experience in conducting training sessions is required. * Experience in any of the following sectors will be considered an advantage: Meat Industry, Logistics, Telemarketing, Agribusiness, Administrative Services, Human Resources, Retail Trade, Financial Institutions, Technology, Automotive Industry, or Food Industry. * We seek professionals with strong alignment to the field of social responsibility and experience working with youth. * Responsible for delivering theoretical training sessions for adolescents and young people enrolled in the apprenticeship program, providing pedagogical support to the technical team regarding CIEE Apprenticeship Programs, in accordance with applicable legislation and official notices. * Maintain up-to-date records of youth participants and track session progress (registrations, absences, and performance); * Organize physical space, equipment, and materials; * Absorb and disseminate diverse training content, including: Citizenship—rights and responsibilities, verbal expression, reading and text interpretation, administrative routines, application of mathematical concepts, basic economics/budgeting (personal, household, corporate), and customer service. 2512180202551925523
