Support quality programs such as GMP, 5S, and HACCP **Join Goiás Verde Alimentos!** If you pay close attention to the smallest details, enjoy working with quality standards, regulations, and procedures, and seek a collaborative environment where your work makes a difference in the safety and trustworthiness of our products, this is the ideal opportunity for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform physicochemical analyses of products, raw materials, and water (including boiler water). * Monitor chemical dosing parameters, welds, can re-crimping, temperatures, CCPs, and PRPs. * Operate laboratory equipment and record results in the system. * Inspect inputs and raw materials (corn and fresh tomatoes). * Collect and store samples for internal and external analyses (including duplicate testing). * Conduct allergen testing and cleaning validation (swab testing). * Support quality programs: GMP, 5S, HACCP. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Quality Management or related areas is a plus. **Experience:** * Experience in Quality Control and Assurance routines, preferably in the food industry. * Experience in physicochemical analyses and monitoring of production processes. **Technical Knowledge:** * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food safety regulations. * Quality programs: 5S, CCP and PRP controls. * Operation of laboratory equipment and interpretation of analytical results. **Skills and Competencies:** * Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. * Organization, discipline, and adherence to deadlines. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Strong communication skills and teamwork. * Proactivity in identifying and proposing process improvements. **Additional Information** * Competitive remuneration based on experience; * Additional benefits including medical and dental assistance, meal allowance, and profit-sharing; * Opportunities for career growth and participation in strategic projects; * Dynamic and challenging work environment.
