Focusing on code quality and continuous improvement **Mid-Level Developer** Also known as "Mid-Level Programmer Analyst", this professional is responsible for carrying out specific processes within a project, performing system maintenance and studying improvements. This individual must already be capable of understanding other developers' code and, where possible, improving it, as well as creating new routines to meet business rules. To do so, the Mid-Level Developer Analyst must be meticulous and plan-oriented, attending to all activity requirements while striving to produce easily understandable and maintainable code. In carrying out these tasks, this professional interacts with team leads, colleagues, and, when necessary, clients.
