Operates spray guns and paint booths, adjusts application parameters such as pressure, voltage, and powder flow rate, controlling material consumption and reuse. Also performs curing processes in ovens, inspects the quality of applied coatings, carries out cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment, and ensures compliance with safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Applies electrostatic powder coating on metal surfaces, ensuring corrosion protection and aesthetic finish according to quality standards and technical specifications; * Operates electrostatic spray guns and paint booths; * Adjusts application parameters such as air pressure, voltage, and powder flow rate, controlling material consumption and reuse to reduce waste; * Performs curing processes in ovens, monitoring appropriate temperature and time; * Inspects the quality of the applied coating, checking adhesion, uniformity, and finish; * Conducts cleaning and preventive maintenance of painting equipment; * Ensures workplace safety and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience with electrostatic powder coating; * Knowledge of powder paint types, surface preparation, and application parameters; * Understanding of thickness control, adhesion, and finish quality; * Technical knowledge of electrostatic painting processes, handling of spray guns and paint booths; * MANUFACTURING LEADER * What do you need to have or know? * Ongoing higher education in related fields; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Leadership and people management knowledge.
