If you wish to grow professionally in a strategic field and advance alongside our company, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Support monitoring of import and export processes; * Update estimated time of arrival (ETA); * Assist in customs clearance monitoring; * Update shipping control spreadsheets; * Verify, organize, and file import documents; * Verify commercial documents received from the headquarters; * Assist in NCM code research; * Identify certification requirements (INMETRO, ANATEL, ANVISA, among others); * Support product fiscal description; * Exchange e\-mails with suppliers for procurement of new products. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or technical program (Administration or International Trade); * Strong communication skills and proactivity; * Organizational skills and attention to deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with administrative or logistics routines. **We Offer:** * Internship allowance: R$ 1\.600,00; * Meal voucher: R$ 35,00 per day \+ transportation voucher \+ food basket; * Gympass; * Medical and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Real opportunity for growth and permanent hiring. **Location:** Jundiaí – SP Job Type: Internship Compensation: R$1\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
