Job Summary: A Finance Intern will support the finance department by handling customer service, accounts payable and receivable, issuing bank slips (boletos), reconciliations, and other administrative tasks. To achieve this, we seek a **Finance Intern** to support the Finance Department, with the following responsibilities: * Telephone customer service; * Accounts payable and receivable; * Issuing bank slips (boletos); * XML file management; * ICM reconciliation; * Freight bill reconciliation; * Bank statement reconciliation; * FCI tax forms; * Returns. **Requirements for this position:** * Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, starting from the 2nd semester; * Preferably reside near São Paulo city; * Organized profile, logical reasoning ability, and attention to detail; * Proficiency in Google Sheets; * Strong mathematical skills; * Discipline for remote work; * Good communication skills; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. **(**Remote work modality, with biweekly in-person meetings—one held at a coworking space in Aclimação/SP neighborhood and another at the factory in Suzano/SP**)** **Benefits of joining our team:** * Hybrid work arrangement * Transportation allowance * Learning platform offering courses on diverse topics * Total Pass * Life insurance * Join NEON—the vital chemical element for your success!
