Through ophthalmological consultations and the donation of prescription eyeglasses, we promote inclusion, dignity, and new opportunities for people facing social vulnerability. Using mobile, itinerant clinics, we bring state-of-the-art ophthalmological technology to hard-to-reach regions—including underserved communities, public schools, rural villages, and isolated locations across the country. This work has already crossed borders, and in **2025**, we reached a milestone of **over 500,000 consultations**, reinforcing our commitment to real and sustainable social impact. Our work is driven by purpose, collaboration, and care for people. Here, every professional contributes to expanding access to visual health and transforming realities. **FIELD LEADER** At Renovatio, the Field Leader coordinates teams and supervises field services, ensuring quality of care, compliance with clinical protocols, logistical organization, and operational support to the ophthalmologist. **Main Responsibilities:** * Team Management: Develop and monitor assistants, foster a collaborative environment, provide feedback, conduct daily alignment meetings, and manage conflicts; * Service Supervision: Ensure service quality, efficiency, and smooth workflow, guaranteeing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and clinical protocols; * Clinical and Technical Support: Supervise clinical data storage and documentation; when qualified, perform supplementary field examinations; * Institutional Relations: Conduct technical and pre-visit assessments at school units, organizing service spaces and workflows in partnership with local management; * Logistics and Transportation: Assist in equipment transport and setup, and ensure the team’s safe and timely travel; * Support for Ophthalmologists: Receive and accompany ophthalmologists in the field, reinforce protocols, and organize in-clinic service delivery; * Management of Supplies and Equipment: Monitor inventory levels, request replenishments, and record material inflows and outflows; * Documentation and Reporting: Complete operational reports and organize all documents used in the field.
