Manage communications—including correspondence, emails, and phone calls—prioritizing and responding efficiently. Draft and review documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms, preparing materials, and following up after meetings. Plan and arrange business travel, covering flight and accommodation bookings as well as itinerary preparation, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
