The department’s mission is to act as the liaison between the bank’s strategic level and the legal area, responsible for defining and directing the global strategy, plans, and goals that enable the Legal Department to fully fulfill its role. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Scientist III, you will work within the **Data Strategy Management** unit, and your main responsibilities will include: * Developing and implementing data science and AI solutions, building scalable pipelines and models—from data exploration through deployment into production environments (AWS, Azure, GCP); * Applying advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques (including deep learning, such as CNNs and RNNs), ensuring robustness, quality, and alignment with business needs; * Conducting exploratory and strategic analyses using internal and external data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities supporting decision-making; * Developing, implementing, and maintaining predictive models and intelligent automation solutions (including RPA), focusing on operational efficiency, risk reduction, and improved customer experience; * Monitoring model performance and stability in production, proposing continuous improvements and necessary adjustments; * Ensuring technical documentation, governance, and traceability of developed solutions; * Collaborating cross-functionally with various areas to align analytical solutions with business requirements; * Ensuring data and analysis quality, reliability, and integrity, identifying risks and proposing continuous improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of data science, analytics, or related areas; * Solid experience in developing and implementing machine learning and predictive analytics models; * Knowledge of statistical techniques and data analysis; * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying models into production; * Experience with process automation and, preferably, RPA tools; * Knowledge of data pipelines and MLOps practices; * Strong communication skills to share results and insights with both technical and business stakeholders.
