The department’s mission is to serve as the bridge between the bank’s strategic level and the legal area, responsible for defining and directing the global strategy, plans, and goals that enable the Legal Department to fully fulfill its role. Work model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Science Manager, you will work within the Data Strategy Management team, with the following key responsibilities: * Lead and develop multidisciplinary data teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and continuously learning culture; * Define, monitor, and evolve strategic data and analytics KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives; * Manage and prioritize data science and AI initiatives, ensuring value generation and return on investment (ROI); * Supervise the development, validation, and deployment of statistical and predictive models, ensuring technical quality, scalability, and business relevance; * Ensure data governance, quality, and security, as well as application of best practices in AI ethics and regulatory compliance; * Collaborate closely with business areas and executives (C-level), translating strategic needs into impactful analytical solutions; * Promote a data-driven culture across the organization, disseminating knowledge and encouraging data-informed decision-making; * Manage budget, resources, and initiative roadmaps using strategic prioritization frameworks. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master’s degree in data-related, analytics, or technology fields; * Solid experience in data, analytics, or data science; * Experience leading high-performance teams; * Proven experience leading teams; * Experience with data architecture, cloud environments, and MLOps practices; * Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and AI ethics.
