Grow with us! **\#JoinMotz** **Responsibilities and duties** Responsible for mapping and optimizing processes, developing and implementing improvement solutions using analytical methodologies and tools to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. With skills in data analysis, communication, and change management, this professional acts as a transformation agent—aligning organizational processes with industry best practices and the company’s strategic objectives. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Identify, map, and analyze existing processes to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification; diagnose root causes and propose effective solutions to optimize workflows and eliminate waste. * Create and develop data-driven improvement proposals, implementing strategies aimed at increasing operational efficiency while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Design and document previously non-existent processes, ensuring new workflows are clear, efficient, and properly communicated to teams to guarantee successful adoption. * Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness, and produce detailed reports to support strategic decision-making and ongoing monitoring of implemented improvements. * Lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and process-related discussions—encouraging cross-team collaboration and sharing of innovative ideas for continuous improvement. * Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear understanding of proposed changes while establishing efficient process governance. * Evaluate and optimize resource allocation in continuous improvement projects, developing management and control models that ensure effective governance and efficient use of available resources. * Support the management and execution of continuous improvement projects, ensuring all phases, deadlines, and objectives are met—while clearly and effectively communicating progress and results to all stakeholders. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in: process mapping and design, continuous improvement, knowledge management, KPI development, and project control. * Experience applying agile methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI). * Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing priorities and deadlines. **Additional information** We’re constantly focused on delivering the best experience for our Motzers: **Learn more:** Flexible meal and food benefits (use them as you wish—no deduction during vacation).
