The professional will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for the commercial team by identifying needs related to rural credit and directly contributing to sales growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Make daily outbound calls (active prospecting / cold calling) * Conduct consultative outreach to rural producers * Contact and follow up via WhatsApp * Record all interactions in the CRM * Focus on contact and qualified lead generation targets **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational and disciplinary skills for operational routines * Familiarity with digital tools and WhatsApp **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields) * Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service * Knowledge of sales techniques * Background or interest in the agribusiness sector **Skills and Competencies:** * Clear and concise communication * Resilience in handling objections * Active listening and emotional intelligence * Organization and target orientation * Proactivity and energy for active prospecting Compensation: R$2.200,00 - R$4.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
