




Responsible for supporting receptionists and real estate agents by providing promotional materials and commercial information. Managing leads and following up with prospective customers. Supporting the Commercial Manager in preparing reports, monitoring goals, and jointly providing promotional materials with the Marketing team. Verifying negotiations approved by the Commercial Management, generating contracts for signature, updating them in the RP system, and ensuring effective and accurate completion of sales. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to requests from real estate agents and agencies with strategic information and administrative support; * Provide promotional materials in collaboration with Marketing; * Monitor and manage reports on visits, customer service interactions, leads, reservations, sales, and inventory tracking; * Support the Commercial Manager in managerial reporting and performance presentations; * Procure and control consumption of sales materials, promotional items, and showroom maintenance; * Monitor and control the budget allocated to commercial activities, paid promotions, and showroom maintenance; * Analyze the real estate market (competition, price per square meter, customer profile, sales trends); * Develop and conduct training programs for real estate agents; * Support the Customer Relationship team by understanding and assisting customer service efforts, aiming to reduce churn; * Ensure complete and accurate registration of all customer and agent information. * Monitor and organize sales shifts, product launches, and other events; * Draft and monitor purchase and sale agreements; * Monitor and manage the company’s social media channels. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience overseeing the full sales process: from lead generation to contract signing. Analysis of Gross Sales Value (VGV), average ticket, conversion rate, and sales rankings. Preparation of managerial reports. Experience in commercial negotiations. Experience with CRM systems, sales funnels, and lead management.
