The Chainsaw Operator will perform field activities as part of a collaborative and committed team dedicated to high standards of quality, productivity, and operational safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate chainsaws safely and efficiently for cutting, pruning, and felling trees; * Perform basic chainsaw maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, and simple adjustments); * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Support general field activities when required; * Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and tools; * Follow technical and operational instructions provided by supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience as a chainsaw operator or in similar field activities; * Experience in agricultural, forestry, or rural environments is a plus; * Experience working in teams and following operational routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed elementary education; * Chainsaw Operator training course (NR-12 and/or NR-31, as applicable); * Knowledge of safe cutting techniques; * Proficiency in handling hand tools and agricultural equipment; * Good physical condition for fieldwork; * Commitment to safety, discipline, and responsibility. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance; * Transportation (per internal policy); * Health insurance (where applicable); * Life insurance; * Continuous training and capacity-building programs; * A safe, organized work environment with opportunities for growth.
