Through the Campo Limpo System, we ensure the proper disposal of approximately 94% of primary plastic packaging and 80% of all packaging sold annually. **Join our team and help build a more sustainable future!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Receiving Packaging** * Segregate received packaging into washed, unwashed, and unsuitable categories; * Clean washed packaging: remove seals, labels, and leaflets; * Classify packaging according to materials handled by the Central; * Inform administrative staff or the lead operator about received materials. **Quality** * Carry out operational procedures in accordance with ISO requirements. **Packaging Processing:** * Unsuitable packaging must be placed in cardboard barrels; * Caps must be sorted by color and placed in bulk bags; * Other materials are baled using presses; * Keep presses and forklifts clean at the end of each day; * Report equipment malfunctions to the lead operator or administrative staff; * All processed materials must be properly organized in inventory; * Assist with inventory audits. **Packaging Disposal** * Load materials onto trucks for disposal; * Assist truck drivers in securing cargo. **Safety** * Participate in safety dialogues; * Report any accidents or incidents; * Correctly use all PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), and maintain equipment; * Respect and comply with all safety rules. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Education: Literate Desirable Education: Completed elementary or high school **Additional Information** Benefits: Meals provided on-site; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Medical assistance – UNIMED; Dental assistance; Quarterly productivity bonus; Payroll-deductible loans (per internal policy) SESC: For you and your family to enjoy benefits in education, health, culture, and leisure Conte Comigo Program: Legal, psychological, and social counseling for you and your family, 7 days per week, 24 hours per day Other programs and initiatives continually aimed at employee safety, quality of life, and well-being Working Hours: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:18 p.m., with a 1-hour break for meals and rest.
