Responsibilities and Assignments · Coordinate and oversee sugarcane harvesting operations with suppliers, ensuring safe execution of activities; · Ensure harvest quality by adhering to technical, operational, and safety requirements; · Plan and execute harvest sequencing to optimize logistical and industrial efficiency and mitigate operational risks; · Develop and monitor production forecasts, agricultural indicators, and safety indicators; · Monitor and support planting activities, ensuring compliance with agricultural planning and occupational safety standards; · Guarantee delivery and fulfillment of the annual cane supply plan, focusing on productivity, safety, and sustainability; · Maintain continuous, transparent, and ethical relationships with suppliers, reinforcing the importance of safe practices in operations; · Collaborate closely with internal departments to promote organization, planning, resource optimization, and accident prevention; · Contribute to the productive and sustainable development of suppliers by promoting a culture of safety, health, and environmental stewardship.
