Responsibilities and Duties * Operate and monitor boiler functionality, ensuring efficiency and safety. * Conduct periodic equipment inspections, identifying and correcting potential failures. * Control and record temperature, pressure, and water level data according to established procedures. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heating systems. * Collaborate with the safety team to comply with regulatory standards and procedures. * Prepare reports on boiler performance and activities carried out. * Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on safety and new operational practices. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education * Knowledge of boiler operation and maintenance. * NR\-13 certification (Boilers and Pressure Vessels). * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and regulatory standards. * Experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. * Availability for shift work and flexible hours. Desirable Requirements * Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Knowledge of industrial boiler operation and maintenance. * NR\-13 certification (Boilers and Pressure Vessels). * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and regulatory standards. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Availability for shifts and rotating schedules.
