We are looking for a **Project Assistant** to join our team, supporting the planning, monitoring, and control of ongoing projects. This professional will support project managers and involved departments, ensuring organization, information visibility, and delivery support. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support planning, monitoring, and control of ongoing projects * Update project schedules, status reports, and performance indicators * Support demand organization, backlog management, and prioritization together with project managers * Monitor deadlines, dependencies, and risks, flagging potential deviations * Support communication among departments involved in projects * Organize and maintain project documentation * Support preparation of executive presentations and monitoring materials * Assist in standardizing processes, templates, and project management best practices * Support project meetings, recording decisions and next steps **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management best practices (PMI, Lean, etc.); * Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); * Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps and similar platforms; * Experience working with software development teams and understanding of digital product lifecycles; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in related fields (e.g., Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.). **Additional Information** **What does Aliare offer?!** An integrated and prepared team ready to tackle new challenges, operating with credibility and transparency, aiming for continuous improvement to facilitate the work of those who feed the world.
