Description

Responsible for negotiating, contracting, advising, and allocating resources to integrated producers under their responsibility, according to predefined methods and processes, aiming to contribute to achieving the goals and results established by the Company. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** 1) Negotiate and prepare contracts with producers participating in the Company's tobacco production system, ensuring that the established commitments collectively achieve the targets planned with the territorial management. 2) Contract producers' needs regarding allocation of agricultural inputs and sustainability of the property in economic, social, and environmental aspects. 3) Quantify production estimates with producers under their responsibility, in accordance with the volume estimated with the Company. 4) Operationalize orders for seeds, inputs, investments, and operating expenses, in line with the Company's procedures and workflows. 5) Schedule and monitor tobacco removal from rural properties, ensuring fulfillment of commitments made with producers, adopting preventive and corrective actions to minimize deviations and losses. 6) Perform other related activities of equivalent difficulty within their area of responsibility, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** Agricultural Technician or Technician in Agribusiness **Additional Information** **Additional Information:** No information available in this section Hello, we are BAT Brasil!
