Job Description **Serve customers by identifying their needs and guiding them with all necessary information about the available products.** Responsibilities and duties * Carry out product sales by presenting and demonstrating items to meet customer requests. Bring a minimum of 05 pairs of shoes for each customer during the fitting process. * Analyze customer suggestions regarding the store's service and offered products, and forward them to the responsible personnel. * Have knowledge of all company payment plans and conditions to better assist customers. * Pay attention to products with higher commercial appeal and communicate to management the need for restocking, as well as relay customer requests. * Monitor competitors' practices regarding prices, offers, etc., and provide suggestions to increase sales. * Restock products removed from display windows, properly arranging them with price tags and inboxes when necessary, maintaining perfect organization. * Perform product restocking, correctly placing items with price tags when needed, ensuring perfect organization and attention to restocking sold footwear in the sales area. * Keep furniture in the unit organized, clean, and restocked at opening or closing. * Always stack boxes correctly while serving customers; after use, immediately place shoe models back into their respective boxes properly, then return them to the correct storage location. Compact and present accessories to customers according to the products shown. (E.g., if selling fashion items, bring fashion-related accessories, etc.) * Assist with various tasks in the unit, keeping the work area always clean and organized. * Maintain personal appearance according to the style guide.
