If you share these values, this is your place! **What to Expect in Your Day-to-Day Work:** * Monitoring (Links, Switches, Servers, Applications) * Incident escalation and tracking * Setting up crisis rooms for critical incidents * Execution of Run Books * Submission of CCS information * Opening and closing Yamaha Bank – modules BA, OV, CB, and FP * Integration of the Warranty System (Industry) via Pentaho into SQL database (Floorplan Autbank) * Movement of collection files received from Van into the Recupera system * Initiation of Collection Processing * SQL JOBs * Windows Task JOBs * Communication testing for GEN (SGR) transmission \+ Monitoring of MQ Channels and Robot Services (SGR) * Nuclea (CIP) communication monitoring **Where Will You Work?** We believe in experiential exchange and value relationships fostered through In-Person Work Mode.
