Dynamic environment with a high level of responsibility **Position: Traffic Manager \| AMV Odonto** **Location:** On-site in Sorocaba \- SP **Employment Type:** Part-time **AMV Odonto** is seeking a Traffic Manager to strategically create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns for dental clinics. Our goal goes beyond lead generation: we aim for predictability, scalability, and consistent growth for each client. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, create, and manage paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads) * Build acquisition funnels focused on generating qualified leads * Conduct ongoing A/B tests (creatives, audiences, copy, and offers) * Analyze metrics and optimize campaigns with a focus on ROI * Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate * Collaborate closely with copywriting, design, and Customer Success teams * Identify opportunities for scaling and continuous improvement **Requirements:** * Analytical and data-driven mindset * Ability to make decisions based on metrics * Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously * Proactivity and ownership mentality * Results- and performance-oriented **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with traffic for dental or aesthetic clinics * Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads * Knowledge of sales funnels and customer journey * Experience with landing pages and CRO (conversion rate optimization) * Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking **About the Role:** We seek a professional who transcends operational tasks, possessing strategic vision to transform investment into real growth for clients.
